Concept and design of a Glamping, that is a new way to spend holidays outside in accordance with the criteria of environmental sustainability and not giving up the comforts of the most luxurious resorts. In the intervention are therefore provide two separate aeras: a traditional camping area with pitches for motorcycles and cars, and the Glamping area with tents as housing units, able to provide turists with all utilities and services they need to spend holidays. These two areas are linked by a common central area which includes: services, dining and entertainment. The project is based on two concepts: the nest, a circular shape made of beams and joists that tie together the whole structure, making a stable solid, and the pile dwelling as the mainline wood laminated beams fsupport and elevate the flooring one metre off the ground, letting in a certain way float the unit above the ground. The idea of the project is to create suites with unique sights overlooking the Chianti.
